Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? For up to 30 days, we'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on katinusa.mom for return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, click the "Start a Return" button below. You will need your order number and email address. Once your request is submitted, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.

An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not offer refunds for e-gift cards.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return within the allotted return window, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment minus the applicable return shipping fee. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You can opt to receive your refund as store credit instead. 

If your return is received outside of the 30-day return window, we may be able to offer Katin store credit at our discretion.
